This year for the holidays, my brother, David Strassman sent a lovely arrangement with a variety of plants. One, an amaryllis, has been blooming non-stop. I didn’t think they did that; I always thought it was one and done, but not this thing. What you see is a photo from Jan. 28 with the third shoot. Kind of like that movie “Alien”.
It was a very quiet holiday for us and was made even quieter when The Husband contracted some kind of bug, but not COVID, thanks you. I seemed to have been spared, but it still made for lots of stay-at-home and me doing any running around that needed to be done.
