Just added! Next Dining Room Table Concert will be June 21st with very special guest, Tret Fure
After I had sent the newsletter last week, I realized that I had a wonderful opportunity coming up and I decided to switch things around a bit.
The Dining Room Table Concert planned for June 23rd is canceled with a new date to be scheduled sometime in July. It will be announced in the July newsletter.
My dear friend and Local 1000 sister in solidarity, Tret Fure is coming to stay on June 21. I thought it would be a wonderful opportunity for folks to get to know her (if you don’t already) and to hear some of her songs. This will be a lot of fun.
As with all Zoom concerts, you must register. Tret is a very popular musician and due to this I anticipate that there will be many folks who will want to join, so attendance is limited to 100 registrants. You can USE THIS LINK to register.

I have known about Tret and her music for decades, my first encounter with her being a concert she did in Chico, CA with Cris Williamson in the 1980s. After I joined Local 1000 around 2001, I got to know Tret through her work as Local 1000 USA Vice President. Years later, I became USA Vice President when Tret became President. We not only developed a great working relationship, but also developed a lovely friendship. I am so very pleased to have her in my home and to have her as my special guest for Dining Room Table Concerts.
