This Weekend, Feb 6-8, 2015
Want to get away from the snow and cold this coming weekend? Come on out to Fair Lawn, NJ or Hamden, CT to hear some excellent folkmusic! Be sure to bring your voices! This weekend, John Roberts and I will be doing a two performances and a radio show:
This Friday, Feb 6 we’ll be guests on WSHU “Profiles In Folk”, hosted by Steve Winters. If you are in or around the Fairfield, CT area you can tune in to 91.1 WSHU and 89.9 WSUF at 10 PM EST, or click the Listen Live link at the top of the WSHU.org website.
On Saturday, Feb 7 we’ll be performing at the Hurdy Gurdy Folk Music Club in Fairlawn, NJ. The show starts at 8 PM and will be at the Fair Lawn Community Center, located at 10-10 20th Street, Fair Lawn, NJ. The Hurdy Gurdy is within traveling distance from New York City and we hope to see you there!
On Sunday, Feb 8 we’ll be performing a house concert courtesy of Sheldon and Nancy Campbell in Hamden, CT. This will be a late afternoon performance with a pot-luck meal to follow. You will need to make reservations with Sheldon by phone (203) 865-4171 and there is a $15 suggested donation.
