Please Come to New Bedford, 10/6/17
It’s a take on an old song and though the town is southeast of Boston, New Bedford is still a pretty cool place to visit.
I’ll be doing an evening of Maritime and sea songs from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at the New Bedford Fishing Heritage Center, located at 38 Bethel Street, New Bedford, MA 02740.
Fishing has been central to the city of New Bedford ever since the whaling ships made it their home a century ago and the New Bedford Fishing Heritage Center is fast becoming a place to experience the many aspects of commercial fishing, past and present.
